Tokyo, March 31, 2025 – Aldagram Inc. This feature, accessible on both computers and smartphones, facilitates real-time collaboration and approvals within organizations and with external partners. Initially available in Japanese and English, support for Thai, Spanish, and Vietnamese will be added soon, significantly reducing the complexity and time required for approval processes in global non-desk industries.

Background and Challenges: Traditionally, document and form approvals in non-desk industries, including construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, and wholesale retail, have heavily relied on paper-based processes involving physical document delivery. This often led to delays, errors, and document loss. Furthermore, inter-company collaborations, particularly with subcontractors and external partners, introduced significant inefficiencies and complexities.To overcome these persistent challenges, Aldagram developed and launched the innovative "Approval Flow" feature.


Key Features of "Approval Flow": KANNA's "Approval Flow" streamlines digital approval processes:

• Web Browser Features:
  • Submit and approve documents and reports internally and with external partners.
  • Real-time tracking and comprehensive status updates.
  • Filtering options to easily identify pending or urgent approvals.
  • Flexible approval settings, enabling "All Approvers" or "One-person Approval."
  • Approval workflows supporting multiple approval steps, including comment functionalities and options for returning documents for revision.

• Mobile App Features (iOS & Android):
  • Submit approval requests from the field to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Check approval statuses in real-time and receive push notifications.
  • Review detailed approval status for each document or report.

Future Plans: Aldagram plans to further enhance the feature by expanding multilingual support, adding deadline alerts, and enabling direct approvals via the mobile app.
