TOKYO, Apr 4 , 2024 - Aldagram Inc. has provided our Project Digitalization Service “KANNA” to the Japan headquarters of Panasonic Commercial Equipment Systems.

Panasonic Commercial Equipment Systems is a Panasonic Group company providing total services for Panasonic commercial equipment. They provide a full range of services from system design, installation, construction, remote monitoring after delivery, maintenance and servicing, including air conditioning for facilities such as domed stadiums, as well as equipment for stores and kitchens, including supermarkets and convenience stores.

KANNA is a Project Digitalization Service provider helping our customers to improve their execution efficiency. Since launching KANNA in July 2020, Aldagram has been driving productivity improvements for non-desk workers in industries such as construction, real estate, and manufacturing by solving their issues originating from their traditional working style. KANNA offers two services:
(1) KANNA PROJECT: A centralized project management tool　
(2) KANNA REPORT: upporting digitization of all kinds of  forms and reports and also saving tremendous time  to all users.

Case study

Currently, Japan's construction industry, including facility construction, is facing a serious shortage of human resources due to the aging of workers and the difficulty of hiring young people.

Panasonic Commercial Equipment Systems hopes to be  part of the solution to these industry-wide problems by adopting digital technology to streamline operations and make the industry more attractive to young people who are actively seeking employment.
To this end,  they have adopted a policy of compensating for labor shortages with the power of digital technology, for example, by making complicated tasks such as managing paper documents paperless and using them as a database to improve the efficiency of the industry.

Panasonic Commercial Equipment Systems has decided to introduce KANNA, because of its potential to help solve these industry-wide issues. 

KANNA is an effective tool for workload-reduction, productivity improvement, centralization  for timely information sharing between parties   and communication enhancement  between team members.
